Welcome to The Bucks Schoolwear Plus website terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed on line with Bucks Schoolwear Plus. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Please read these carefully as they govern your access and use of this website and the sale and supply of goods by us to you through our website. They include important sales and product information and by using our website and/or placing an order you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with the following terms and conditions then please do not use this website.
Access to certain areas of the website have been restricted and can only be accessed with a user ID and password. In order for you to purchase goods from our website you will initially need to set up a user name and password. If we provide you with an ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website you must ensure that you keep the information confidential. You will take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID and password. We reserve the right to disable your ID and password at our discretion if you should breach any of our policies or terms and conditions.

You should note that we are in no way responsible for the content or privacy policies those websites or services may have in place and advise you use caution and refer to the websites own policies before using. The price of the goods is shown on the relevant page detailing the goods. We will take all reasonable care when processing your order to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data when accessing or ordering from our website. We are pleased to accept payment via the website with the use of a debit or credit card only. We take all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. Each transaction is subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. The web prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Product Description and Prices
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the website match as closely as possible to those of the actual product, due to technical limitations some colours may vary. We try to ensure that all details and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable at the current rate unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Any information displayed on our website is updated regularly.
Delivery costs are shown separately under Delivery Costs. We will make every effort to dispatch goods within 24 hours of placing the order. You will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that during the back to school period parcels will be dispatched within 48 hours. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your goods we will notify you immediately by email letting you know when we expect them to be able to be dispatched. If we do not have everything in stock at the time you place your order we will send the goods out to you as they come into stock, unless otherwise requested. As soon as you have taken delivery of the goods they become your responsibility in their entirety.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Bucks Schoolwear Plus until they have been paid for in full.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are unhappy with some or all of your goods you may return any of them to us in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to any products that fall into the following categories: Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order, socks, tights, shirts or blouses that have been removed from their packaging, swimwear and mouthguards. Please note that named items of PE or Performing Arts kit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
